1st Day of Preschool

Today was a big day for this guy! We sent him off to preschool!! We are all excited about this, especially mom. :) The car rides this morning were SOOOO quiet and Nate enjoyed venturing into Eli's room with endless possibilities. 
There is a bit of sadness just knowing that he continues to get older everyday but the overal feeling is excitement.  We are excited to see what preschool will bring out of Eli and how we can continue to mold and shape him into the man of God we pray he becomes!
I had to post all the pictures because his expressions were all so different portraying his sweet and silly personality.  When I asked Eli what he wanted to be when he grows up he actually told me "Caker." I just didnt have it in me to write that on the board.  Looking back I wish I had though. :)

18 months old!

Eli & Nate


Nate recently turned 18 months old.  I love to look back at what Eli looked like and see how similar or different they look.  I think they are looking more and more different from each other.  Eli has the curly hair and Nate has the stick straight hair.  Their builds are also a lot different at 18 months.  It was harder to have the shaggy hair cut with Eli because of his curls.  But I am lovin the surfer dude look with Nate. :)

Beach Trip

Belly!

These boys are just too cute together sometimes.  One day Nate realized that he is not the only one that has a belly.  He will often come up to people, touch their bellies, and try to lift up their shirt. 

 

 

Pool

We have really enjoyed the pool this summer.  It feels like we are there most days whether during the day or in the evenings.  Eli has become very confident in the pool which we are thankful for.  And Nate tries hard to keep up or going in and out on the steps. 

Speechless

This picture makes me laugh! Nate is the chillest child but he has this incredible spunk to him.
