Just Because

Halloween

I spent some time searching for a costume for halloween but never found one worth spending the money on. So the day of Halloween we wrestled with what we were going to do and what Eli was going to dress up as. After we decided that it would be fun to try trick or treating we came up with the construction worker. He loved it!! We had all the tools, hat, belt, etc. from his birthday and we knew that he would love to hold on to them since he plays when them constantly at home. I think we went to about 6 houses and by the end he kept saying "more houses." He loved that his pumkin bucket was getting full of "something." (not knowing that it was full of delicious chocolate that mom and dad have enjoyed :) ) He did enjoy some smarties and dum dums.

We had a great time celebrating Eli's 2nd Birthday. We are so thankful to have such great family and friends bless Eli with their time with us.

Finally!!

These are the first belly pictures that we have taken...yes, I know, its kind of sad but here I am at 23 weeks. This pregnancy has definitley been more challenging than with Eli but things are going well. He is constantly on the move! I guess we will see what that means when he gets here.

Growing too fast...

This little guy is turning two this weekend. We can not believe it!! Time has flown by and we have been so blessed with him in our lives.

Southport

We spent this past weekend down in Southport with Jeff's family. We had a great time and enjoyed the awesome weather. Eli had a great time running around on the beach! We look forward to many more trips down there. :)
