Viewer Discretion Advised

So, Jeff and I decided to experiment with this Neti Pot thing. It is suppose to clear you out by flushing all the "gunk" out. It looks just like a tea pot but really small and you fill it with a water/salt mixture. You place the spout part up one side of your nose, tilt your head, and wait for the water to come out the other side of your nose. It does not hurt but feels really weird. I was very hesitant to try it but after lots of encouragement from Jeff I finally did it. I really could breathe through my nose a whole lot better afterwards.

Wait for it....look at that steady stream. :)

We actually have a roof!

It has been amazing to watch the whole process of this new addition. The past couple have days have been the most exciting so far. We now have a roof that allowed the rain and crazy, beautiful snow to stay out of the room!! They, the construction guys, say that the next step is electrical and tearing off the rest of the old roof to put on the new one! So EXCITING...

Snoopy!

Oakley has a basket of toys that she really enjoys but as you can tell her favorite is this tiny stuffed animal of Snoopy. Usually after a day or so she has already taken off the eyes and pulled out all the stuffing inside but this one is still pretty intact.

(By the way, for some reason the camera flash turns her eyes blue. It is kind of scary. They are really black)
